Get to Know Me

My work a design practice driven by social impact, focused on how Architecture can be a catalyst for the community, life, and environment we aim to build. My background, which fuses architecture with a Master in Design Studies applied to public advocacy (Harvard GSD), is dedicated to the co-creation of projects that honor memory, ensure sustainability, and advance equity.

I identify a recurring problematic: design often fails to transcend the technical project, unable to address the needs of social justice and urgent narratives. For this reason, my solutions center on strategic storytelling: I use communication, curatorship, and advocacy to transform design into a visible act of justice.

I have applied this methodology through Images of Mexico, Assemblies of Resistance (AoR), and MCXA for over five years, through art direction, communications consulting, and cultural project management. My focus resides in the team and in intentional collaboration with activists, academics, institutions, and community leaders, ensuring that design is informed by the voices that need it most.

In conclusion, communication is not a final deliverable, but the initial building material. It is vital because it allows design to be not only functional, but also just, meaningful, and capable of generating lasting, collective change, redefining the true objective of my practice.
