Context
The Harvard Global Health Symposium is an annual gathering that brings together faculty, students, researchers, and health professionals from across Harvard’s schools, centers, and affiliated institutions, alongside a global network of academics and civil society leaders. Designed as an inclusive hybrid experience, the symposium fosters meaningful dialogue around some of the most urgent challenges in global health today.
Rooted in cross-sector collaboration and interdisciplinary exchange, the event creates space for reflection, knowledge-sharing, and collective problem-solving. By bridging institutional boundaries and elevating diverse perspectives, the symposium advances innovative approaches to health equity, policy, and systemic care on a global scale.
Concept
This project involved the development of a comprehensive institutional brand identity system tailored to the specific demands of the healthcare field. Grounded in a design strategy that balances professional credibility with human accessibility, the visual system responds to the complexities of medical communication—where trust, clarity, and empathy must co-exist.
The modular framework is built for flexibility, allowing for frequent content updates (such as dates and program information) while ensuring coherence across platforms and materials. Adaptable templates and scalable visual elements support diverse applications, from patient outreach to internal documentation, without compromising consistency or impact.
